Yaesu FT2
Yaesu FT2 is a portable C4FM digital-analog radio amateur transceiver for VHF and UHF bands: 140-174 and 420-470 MHz. The radio has a touch screen with a diagonal of 1.7 inches, and works both in analog AM and FM, and in digital C4FM mode. AMS - automatic mode selection allows you to determine the type of the received signal and instantly switch to it.
C4FM radio station Yaesu FT2 can recive from 0.5 to 999 MHz. Transmission is possible in radio amateur bands - 140-174 and 420-470 MHz with an output power of up to 5 watts. The radio station has a high sensitivity of 0.16 mKv at 12 dB SINAD. Support for C4FM WIRES-X, GPS, APRS significantly expand the capabilities of the radio station, and the touch screen allows you to conveniently and easily manage all functions.
With the built-in GPS receiver, the Yaesu FT2 can quickly establish a location, showing the direction and distance to another operator. It is possible to purchase a microfon with a built-in camera, and transmit the photo to the air.
The Yaesu FT2 has a pager function for calling certain stations. The function allows to make individual calls of certain subscribers. The radio station also has a graphical spectrum analyzer with indication of signal levels.
