Where to begin

In this blog example, you can see how to create your own, or a team radio amateur blog on our site, and get acquainted with frequently asked questions.

Register and create your own blog can only radio amateurs. When registering, you must specify your callsign. After the check by the administrator you will receive a confirmation.

In your profile you can specify your language. The interface of the blog will now be in your language.
At the moment, the interface of blogs is translated into 15 languages, and not everything is translated, but we are working on it. You can write in your blog in any language.
In your profile, in the "Biography" field, write a little about yourself, your interests, or just a greeting and a bit about your blog. All this will be displayed on the main page of your blog under the photo.


 A team blog is a blog of a group of authors who everyone can write on this blog. A team blog can create a group of radio amateurs united by common interests. For example, users WIRES-X room, repeater, radio amateurs from one city or country. A team blog can unite radio amateurs according to various criteria. The choice is yours.

Let's start with creating the first post on your blog. Take a piece of paper and make a plan for your post, title, text, links, buttons, photos, videos and everything you want.

Do not be afraid to experiment. Post on your blog can be edited, updated or deleted. Your blog can consist of one large multi-page refreshable post like a web site, or it can consist of many small posts.

So, let's begin

Click the "Create" icon.

Select a template. In the editor there are 4 templates for creating a blog. You can edit any of the templates as you need.

Think about the name of your post and create a title.

Select the title text with the mouse and select the desired size and color of the header in the right pane.

The title can be set in the center of the page. Select the title text in the mouse and in the panel on the right, in the "CSS" field write "center", and your title will be in the center of the page after saving.

​Add images (maximum 3 mb).

Adjust the display of the image on the page. Select the size and position of the picture. You can specify whether to open a large image in a new window when clicking on a thumbnail.

An example of inserting a video. Copy the link to the video, paste it into the box and confirm. You can change the size and position of the video on the page.

Publication in the command block. On the right you can choose where you publish your post. In a team blog, or in your own.
